Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Car Nation Canada Referral Program ("$300 referral for commercial vehicles"). The Program allows you (the "Referrer") to earn a $300 referral bonus for referring individuals (the "Referred") who purchase a commercial vehicle from Car Nation Canada Direct.
2. Eligibility
- Referrers: The Program is open to any individual except for employees of the Car Nation Canada family of dealerships and their immediate family members.
- Referrals: Referred individuals must be new customers who have not previously purchased a commercial vehicle from Car Nation Canada Direct.
3. Referral Process
- To participate, the referred individual must inform the product advisor at Car Nation Canada Direct that they were referred by the referrer, and provide them with the referrer's email address or phone number.
4. Earning a Referral Bonus
- A referral bonus of $300 will be awarded to the Referrer only after the following conditions are met:
- The Referred individual purchases a commercial vehicle from Car Nation Canada Direct.
- The customer who purchased the vehicle has taken possession of the commercial vehicle.
- Car Nation Canada Direct reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the referral.
5. Payout
- Referral bonuses will be paid via cheque.
6. Disqualification
Car Nation Canada reserves the right to disqualify any referral at its sole discretion if it determines that the referral was obtained through fraudulent means or violates any terms of this Program.
7. Program Termination
Car Nation Canada reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time without prior notice.
8. Additional Terms
- This Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- Car Nation Canada reserves the right to interpret and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Maximum Referrals:Â Each Referrer is limited to a maximum of one (1) successful referral during the Program period.
- Self-Referrals: Referring to yourself or someone in your immediate family is not permitted.
