Lincoln sent a press release last week celebrating the fact that they enjoy more customer loyalty than any other car brand.
 
The release, available here, has lots of nice things to say about Lincoln as you would expect. Some key facts include:
  • Lincoln has the luxury segment’s highest loyalty rate among new luxury-vehicle buyers in the first quarter of 2017, according to IHS Markit Loyalty data.
  • Momentum is driven by the Lincoln MKC, Lincoln MKZ and Lincoln MKX.
  • Lincoln also is placing increasing emphasis on client-centred experiences like Pickup and Delivery, which is gaining in popularity, according to The Lincoln Motor Company
 
There is no denying that the new generation of Lincoln cars are impressive. Or that their new Pickup and Delivery service is going down extremely well with buyers. The exclusive Black Label experience also resonates well too. People like to feel valued and to be looked after and both of these services do much more than that.
 
Lincoln Pickup and Delivery service
The Pickup and Delivery service is available to all Lincoln buyers across the range. When your new Lincoln needs a service, a Lincoln Service Valet collects your vehicle, takes it to the shop and brings it back once all work is complete. The car is cleaned inside and out before being returned too. If you require it, a Lincoln loaner car is also provided as part of this service.
 
Lincoln Black Label
The Lincoln Black Label service includes car selection and customization as well as ongoing benefits. As a Black Label member, you can receive home or work visits to customize your Lincoln. You also benefit from complementary valeting, premium maintenance plans, exclusive access to some top restaurants and the Lincoln Pickup and Delivery service.
 
To qualify, you will need to purchase a Lincoln Black Label vehicle. These are spread across the range and include the Lincoln MKC, Lincoln MKZ and Lincoln MKX.
 
These two customer experiences are what helps a brand attract and retain customers. As well as some top spec vehicles, owners are treated well and gifted something few other automakers offer, the gift of time. Time saved not taking the car in for a service or waiting around to collect it. Time saved not cleaning or valeting the car at least a couple of times per year.
