Ford is planning to release the 2020 Mustang EcoBoost High Performance Package. As if the Mustang needed more power, this package adds to the existing output of the car. There will also be a Handling Package you can bolt onto the High Performance Package too.
The 2020 Ford Mustang EcoBoost High Performance Package adds 20 hp to the output with the same torque, bringing it up to 330 hp while keeping 350 lb-ft of torque. The package also adds upgraded aerodynamics and tuned suspension as well as a new four tip exhaust system. While torque remains the same, Ford says the new package widens the torque curve for a steadier power delivery.
The Handling Package is only available if you buy the High Performance Package and have the Equipment Group 101A package. It adds 19 inch alloy wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires, Ford’s MagneRide damping system and a rear sway bar.
While these packages don’t deliver much on the performance front, they should sharpen the handling nicely and give you much more control at speed.
