Kia have released details of the 2019 Kia Stinger that will be appearing soon. The upgrades to the awesome car that has done so well don’t disappoint either. They include a new engine, new safety tech, new alloy wheels and some other neat touches.

The 2019 Kia Stinger is expected to perform just as well as the debut model, if not better. Reviews have been glowing and almost universally positive. This has boosted Stinger sales significantly and we have seen more than a few pass though Grimsby Kia. It’s a solid car with genuine performance and everyday practicality. Along with great value and that responsive engine, it’s a great looking car to have on your driveway.

New for 2019
From what information has been released so far, the 2019 Kia Stinger will offer the option of a 2.0-litre four cylinder engine along with the 3.3-litre six. It will provide more frugal driving for those who don’t want twin-turbo power and will add more fans to the growing legion who have adopted the Stinger as their own.

Alongside the new engine, the 2019 Kia Stinger will get some new 18 inch alloy wheels and a new Sun & Sound package that includes a power sunroof, LED lighting, larger touchscreen and a premium audio system. All trim levels will benefit from blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert as standard too.

There will also be the option to add heated rear seats and a 360 degree camera system to all trims.

2019 Kia Stinger
The 2019 Kia Stinger has thrown down the gauntlet to German coupes in a big way. By delivering composed styling, an excellent engine, strong performance and driving characteristics and great levels of technology, the Korean automaker has shown that other countries can deliver sensible sports cars too. For a lower cost.

The design is excellent. The car is long and low and has a curved and vented hood and lots of air intakes up front. With a raked windshield, curving roof and modest trunk, this is a sports car through and through.

On the inside, levels of comfort are impressive. It’s a surprisingly quiet ride with comfortable and supportive seats and decent amounts of space. The driving position is good, with adjustable seats and good visibility. The leather is of a high standard, as is the finishing. If you don’t see the Kia badge on the steering wheel, it would be easy to imagine you were in a BMW rather than a Korean upstart.

For now, it is powered by a 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 that produces 365 hp or a turbocharged four that produces 244 hp. Both use an eight speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear or all wheels.

The 2019 Kia Stinger is going to continue where the current model left off. Delivering some exciting rides in any condition, anywhere at any time. Visit Grimsby Kia, 435 South Service Road Grimsby, ON L3M 4E8 to learn more!
