The recent design of Audi sedans is one of my favourite right now. Better looking than the BMW, more coherent than Mercedes-Benz and certainly better than a lot of our domestic designs, I think it is one of the best looking vehicles on the road. Lucky then that Car Nation Canada Direct has one for sale. The white 2011 Audi A4 2.0T Premium Plus with less than 150k on the clock is just $13,988 plus sales tax.
That’s a great price for a great car.
2011 Audi A4 2.0T
The 2011 Audi A4 2.0T is a four door sedan with Quattro all-wheel drive. It’s a handsome car that has seen some redesigning over recent evolutions to give us an exceptionally good looking car. It’s well balanced, modern, Germanic in a good way and looks solid without being chunky. With those black alloy wheels and lack of chrome trim, I think it looks amazing!
This model uses a turbocharged 2.0-litre four cylinder engine to deliver 211 hp. It has an eight speed automatic transmission that sends power to all wheels with a Tiptronic option. Drive is smooth and seamless and the transmission performs well at all speeds. The Quattro system Audi uses has been around in various guises for over 30 years and is still a top performer.
Premium Plus
As this is the Premium Plus trim, that means lots of leather in the cabin included on the seats, gear knob and various bits of trim. The leather is good quality and is in great condition in this car. There are also heated front seats, air conditioning, garage door opener, power sunroof and a whole lot more.
Construction and materials are impeccable while seats are supportive and there is enough room in back for full size adults without having to contort. Trunk space isn’t bad either. You can fit suitcases or shopping in there with ease. Overall, the A4 is a very easy car to live with day to day. It is happy in the city and happy on the highway.
As this is AWD and that Quattro system so good, it’s a good car to recommend for winter too. While not the primary reason to buy this car, it’s a compelling extra consideration.
The 2011 Audi A4 2.0T Premium Plus is a superb sedan made by a quality marque that still demonstrates how to build cars. At less than $14k, it won’t be around for long!
