The Car Nation Canada HR Health & Safety Representative is the coordinator for all related programs in our family of dealerships.  You will interact and correspond with each Health & Safety member to insure ongoing compliance.

      Key Responsibilities:
            •    Analyze current health & safety programs
            •    Schedule required training
            •    Responsible for all Joint Health/Safety Committees, WHIMIS Certification, etc.
            •    Maintain accurate & up-to-date records
            •    Data entry, filing & reporting
            •    Communication management between Head Office & family of dealerships
            •    Monthly assessments and recommendations
            •    Manage Ministry relations for the family of dealerships

       Requirements:
            •    Excellent communication skills
            •    Highly organized & detail-oriented
            •    Proficiency with computers and various software applications
            •    Have an engaging, friendly personality
            •    Have a high standard for the quality of work you produce
