• Dealing with a high call volume.

• Available to work flexible hours 7 days a week.

Requirements:

• Excellent communications/telephone skills.

• Have an engaging, friendly and genuine phone personality.
• Have a high standard for the quality of work you produce and the impression you make on clients.
• Previous customer service required.
